I have a question about a current listed vehicle, how can I ask the seller?

What do I do if a car is grossly misdescribed?

If you can’t renegotiate with the selling dealer then you are within your rights under the terms and conditions to walk away from the vehicle at point of collection.

I’ve had a car delivered and it’s not as described, where do I stand?

Your first point of call would be to speak to the selling dealer of the vehicle, make them aware of what has happened and see if you can come to a mutual agreement to close the matter. Under the terms and conditions of 9DS you are not covered outside of point of collection where you can reject the vehicle.

I am unable to submit my listing?

If you are having trouble listing a vehicle you will first need to check that you have filled in all the required fields. If you are still having problems please contact a member of 9DS.

It’s been 5 days and I am unable to contact the buyer, what do I do?

If you are unable to contact a buyer/seller by email and phone after 5 days of a confirmed deal, please give a member of 9DS a call and we will try to assist you in resolving the issue.

Why does my listing drop off automatically after 7 days?

All listings automatically drop after 7 days to ensure the site is as accurate as possible and users are not viewing vehicles that may be unavailable. Any inactive vehicle is easily relisted from your 9DS page.

What is a Tradeswap?

A 9DS Tradeswap gives you the ability to exchange your brand approved retail prepared vehicle with another dealer’s brand approved retail prepared vehicle within your franchised network UK wide. All tradeswap prices are fixed at Cap Clean Data.

Buy it Now and Tradeswap prices are fixed at Cap Clean Data for complete transparency while using industry standard valuation methods.

How do I change my account details? (username, address, contact numbers, contact names etc.)

To change any of your account details you will need to email us through the Contact Us section of the website listing any of the changes required.

Why can’t I search other manufacturer vehicles?

You will only be able to view other manufacturer listings with a group buying subscription.
